  • A. Alloy Wheel Refubishment completed at our Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Centre in Bromley (Kent) is the full package.  It is not a temporary surface repair, which is what a mobile repair limits you to.  Cosmetically a mobile repair is ok at the time of repair, although (depending on the size of the damage) it is essentially a masking processs, akin to “papering over the cracks”.  Over time, the difference will be told.  Our process is a stringent process which includes, stripping the wheel from all previous coatings as part of the preparation; shot blasting and powder coating.  The level of repair and finish you can get from a mobile repair in 30-45 mins is incomparable to the 2-3 days of meticulous work that goes into the workshop wheel refurbishment & painting process.

However if they require reprogramming or remapping we are unable to do this, and you will need to have this done by a specialist. We will take reasonable care when handling these items but we cannot accept liability for any damage during the repair process.
